PromptArchitectLab ("we", "us") operates https://promptarchitectlab.com. We respect your privacy and collect only the data needed to deliver your purchases: your name, email address, order details, and technical logs.

Account data (name, email, hashed password), order data (product, tier, amount, payment reference from Stripe), download activity (token usage counts), and messages you send us via the contact form.

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data.

• To deliver your purchased ZIP files and email your download links
• To provide support and handle refunds
• To prevent abuse of download links (rate limiting)

We use one functional session cookie (login state) and no tracking/ad cookies.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via https://promptarchitectlab.com/contact.php. We respond within 30 days (GDPR/CCPA).
