Refund Policy

Every tier of every playbook comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If the product is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund 100%.

Contact https://promptarchitectlab.com/contact.php with your order reference (format PAL-XXXXXX-XXXXXX) or the email used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because files are delivered instantly as ZIP downloads, your download link is deactivated when a refund is processed. You keep nothing if you keep nothing — fair either way.

Refunds are not available after confirmed abuse of download limits, resale of Tier 3 files under a fraudulent claim, or repeated refund requests across multiple accounts.
